CSA
International has specialized in multidisciplinary projects concerning
the permitting of oil and gas exploration, development, and production
operations since 1970. CSA International has extensive experience
assessing environmental impacts relative to air and water quality,
biology, chemistry, geology, physical oceanography, cultural resources,
socioeconomics, and other potentially sensitive environmental factors.
CSA International has conducted nearly 1,000 environmental projects
for more than 100 oil and gas companies, petroleum organizations
(e.g., American Petroleum Institute, Offshore Operators Committee,
etc.), and governmental regulatory agencies (e.g., Minerals Management
Service, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy,
etc.) in the United States and throughout the world.

International offers a wide range of permitting and environmental
services to the oil and gas industry, from desktop environmental
impact assessments to offshore multidisciplinary monitoring studies.
CSA International has prepared numerous Environmental Impact Assessments,
Environmental Reports, Plans of Exploration and Development/Production,
Coastal Zone Management Program Consistency Certifications and Assessments,
and other permit-related documents. CSA International has completed
Hard-Bottom Interpretations, Live-Bottom Surveys and Reports, and
long-term Monitoring Programs. CSA International's oil spill planning
and response services include Oil Spill Contingency Plans; evaluation
and management of protective containment and cleanup measures; spill
trajectory modeling; Natural Resource Damage Assessment; sampling
and sample analyses; quality assurance/control documentation; data
analyses; and reporting.

Offshore Consulting & Support
CSA
International provides scientific and operational marine consulting
services, as well as SCUBA diving services for specific projects.
All divers are certified in SCUBA by an internationally recognized
organization and are trained as specialty divers for utilizing enriched
air (Nitrox). All divers are trained in Red Cross Cardio-Pulmonary
Resuscitation and first aid and are experienced with federal dive
safety practices (Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration,
USACE, and Association of Diving Contractor, Standards). CSA International's
commitment to safety and quality in our dive practices is demonstrated
by a superior safety record and customer satisfaction. MRI has prepared
and conducted dive safety plans for USACE and the U.S. Department
of the Interior, National Park Service. MRI maintains a network
of professional commercial divers as well as diving vessels and
support boats to provide project-specific operational support and
deep-water capabilities.
